And they talk of frivolity

Published by The Guy Next Door under on 10:31 PM
The new Chief Justice of India Justice Sarosh Homi Kapadia has said that frivolous Public Interest Litigations, which cause a lot of wastage of public money as well as precious time of courts, will be strictly dealt with.

Well Mr. Kapadia, what about the case of Mr. Ajmal Amir Kasab. Everyone knew the case. Everyone knew the decision. It was just the matter of time. Though not frivolous, didn't it cause a lot of wastage of public money and of precious court time?

Does anyone has an answer?
